01Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Pro is month-to-month with no cancellation fees. Annual plans are pro-rated to the unused months.
02Do you offer student discounts?
The base price is already calibrated for students. We add discounts for university partnerships — email support@whispen.io if you want to bring DraftGuard to your school.
03What payment methods?
Card (via Stripe / Lemon Squeezy) and Apple Pay. We do not accept payment processors that flag detector-bypass tools, by design.
04Will I be charged twice if I have credits and a Pro subscription?
No. Pro covers your daily usage; credits are only consumed if you exceed the Pro budget.
