Sections
01 · Subscriptions
Pro subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel before the next renewal date, and access continues through the end of the paid billing period.
02 · Monthly refunds
Monthly Pro plans are refundable within 7 days of purchase or renewal if your account has used fewer than 10% of the included monthly word allowance during that period. After 7 days or 10% usage, monthly payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
03 · Annual refunds
Annual plans are refundable within 14 days of purchase if usage remains below 10% of the included monthly allowance. After that window, we may refund unused full months on a pro-rated basis when legally required or when we approve an exception.
04 · One-time credit packs
One-time credit packs are refundable for 7 days from purchase if fewer than 10% of the credits have been used. Used credits, expired credits, and promotional credits are not refundable unless required by law.
05 · Taxes and payment fees
Payments are processed by Stripe. Taxes, currency conversion charges, and bank or card fees may be handled by Stripe or your payment provider and may not be refundable by DraftGuard.
06 · How to request a refund
Email support@whispen.io with the account email, plan or credit purchase, payment date, and reason. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
